Terms of Purchase, Warranty and Returns

All orders and sales made through the Vitbot website are subject to the following conditions:

Vitbot has the right to change or modify the general conditions of sale and delivery at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly consult these conditions.

Vitbot guarantees that its products comply with the specifications contained in each of its articles.

 

Purchase

When the client makes a purchase, it indicates that he or she agrees to the terms and conditions detailed here.

Once the purchase is made, the client will receive a confirmation of his or her order via email.

Vitbot will send said confirmation of purchase once the client has paid for the product.

Vitbot reserves the right to reject orders if aberrant conditions are found.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Vitbot will supply its products while they are in stock.

The products are only available in the countries indicated on the website.

Errors in the given address are the client’s responsibility and may incur additional costs.

Prices do not include shipping or delivery of the products to the client.

The shipping and delivery costs will be mentioned separately.

A delay in delivery does not indicate a breach of purchase or payment and therefore will not result in a refund to the client.

The delivery period will not surpass 15 business days, counting from the date in which the client made the payment.

In the event that the goods are not delivered, the client may obtain a full refund of the amount paid, without interest or other forms of reimbursement.

The carrier will offer delivery of the package to the client on two occasions. If the client is not present at either of those two times, the products will be returned to Vitbot headquarters. In this case, the client will be responsible for paying the cost of delivery a second time.

Shipping costs vary by country.

Currently we only ship to those countries listed.

Prices and Payment Methods

The prices of the Vitbot products do not include shipping costs. These will be charged separately once the order is complete.

All prices are per unit, unless otherwise indicated.

In the event of a discount or promotion of a specific product, the client must conform to the indicated days. If the consumer purchases the product before or after this promotion, he or she may not claim to be owed the price difference.

 

Warranty and Returns

Vitbot bottles, jars and glasses are made with food-grade glass. The Sport, Kids & Travel bottles are medical-grade silicon, certified by the FDA and LFGB.

If a Vitbot product is purchased through our website and it has a problem due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, you have a maximum period of 30 days, from the date of purchase, to request the return or exchange. If the Vitbot product was acquired from a distributor, you must contact said distributor in order to request the return or exchange. In that case, you also have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include wear and tear from use – scratches, bumps, etc. – or breakage and/or falls.

The original shipping costs are borne by the client, as are the return costs. For additional protection, we suggest that all returns be sent through a trackable Carrier. This makes it easier for both parties to know where the product is located at any time.

Vitbot’s total liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event will Vitbot be responsible for indirect, incidental or special damages of any kind.
